How to plan a birthday party

Hi famz, hope you are having a wonderful time , we are here again, so we are gonna be teaching you or giving ideas on how to plan a birthday party. • Your first task : To set a budget 

When planning a party setting a budget is very important because when are buying the things you gonna use there are a lot of options you will see and you might not be able to purchase them and if you dont have a budget it can land you in trouble so having a budget keeps you in line

• Your second task : You've gotta choose your theme 

i.e ladybug theme, shimmer and shine, barbie theme, hello Kitty e.t.c. There are many other themes you can use depending on the kind of birthday party you want throw , it depends actually. 

• Your third task : Make the invitations and Share the invitations

The invitations can be based on the theme for the party, an invitation should be colourful, if its a barbie themed invitation,the invitation can be something like this

• Your third task: Order your cake, the cake is very important and must not be left out, the cake must be order a few days before the party 

• Your fourth task: Order for your food and drink (enjoyment).         

The enjoyment for the day is also very important, when people come to your party you are expected to serve them even if its just snacks and drinks especially when its a children party,you should order your food in advance

• Your fifth task: Go get the souvenirs.                                                    

Actually souvenirs are not that really important, actually it depends especially if you are on a budget because if its a big party it is somehow considered as important but if its something like a parlor party, you can just put together snacks or refreshment in a stylish gift bags

• Your sixth task : Stock up on your decorations.                                      

Decorations makes your party beautiful,if  it's a big party you will prefer to make  use of an event decorator but if its a small party if you have time you can do it yourself .

• Your last task : Let's get decorating!!!                                                       

Decorate the venue, I know you want the party to be perfect, everything should be ready on the day your cake and every other thing you ordered
